Since April 2004, Andy Siers (pronounced Sears, like the store), Realtors signs have been popping up all over Marysville. You will find Vicki Owens’ office in the McCarthy & Cox Financial Advisor’s building uptown just across from the Courthouse. Vicki handles the Marysville market exclusively for Andy and also works into Franklin, Delaware, Logan & Champaign Counties, Plain City, Hilliard and northwest Columbus suburbs. She has been a resident of Marysville since 1999, is a native of Columbus and a former resident of Lewis Center.
In the summer of 2005, she developed the user friendly www.movetomarysville.com website and billboard promotion. She is the areas only “web centric” agent targeting specifically our area. Also, she hosts a site helpful for those who have had delays in selling, www.listitagain.com. Vicki is a multi-million dollar producer, a top agent in our area and in the top 30% of all Central Ohio residential agents. In March of 2007, Sherrill Harmon joined the Andy Siers Marysville team as Client Service Specialist after retiring from her long standing career with Memorial Hospital of Union County. Sherrill has achieved the Accredited Staging Professional and Real Estate Professional Assistant designations and is Vicki’s right hand. In the fall of 2006, Vicki completed the designation of Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Next month, she will achieve the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (see more about this at www.crs.com). “Knowing the market and getting as much continuing up to the minute education as possible has been a priority. This is my full time career, as much as I love it and have fun working with my clients, their largest asset is nothing to take lightly.
