About Vicki Workman

On June 25, 2013, Vicki Owens became Vicki Workman! I married my best friend and got to be a princess for the day. Tim is wonderful man and I am blessed to be a part of the Workman family.

Here is some history on Vicki and recent accomplishments as leader of the Vicki Workman Team (aka the Move to Marysville Team)

In April 2014, Vicki joined the Keller Williams Consultants Realty family of independently owned offices and began the Vicki Workman Team. In 2015 and 2016, Vicki's team received top awards from Keller Williams as one of the top 5 teams in Central Ohio for Sales and Listing volume. 


From February 2012 through April 2014, Vicki was with HER Realtors in their Marysville location.  Vicki brought her experience operating her satellite office for Best Homes Real Estate (Andy & Associates/Andy Siers Realtors) in Marysville from March 2004-Fevbruary 2012 from the McCarthy & Cox Financial Advisors location on 5th Street in Uptown Marysville. As always, her moving truck is available for Vicki's clients to utilize.

A little about Vicki:  "I truly love what I do both helping buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals. It is a pleasure to be working in my own back yard in the Union County & Marysville areas". Doing business in Franklin, Delaware and Madison counties as well. Since 2004, I owned & operated tje branch office in uptown Marysville located at 127 W 5th Street at the corner of Fifth and Court Streets in the McCarthy & Cox building right next door to our county courthouse for Andy Siers & Best Homes Real Estate.   To better serve my clients, I've achieved my Residential Specialist Designation (RSD), am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) all recognized by the National Association of Realtors. In addition, in November 2007, I achieved my CRS designation. Member of the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council, and the Council of Residential Specialists.  Vicki was a 2 year member of the builder/realtor alliance committee of the Columbus Board of Realtors and an expert at helping clients who want to build new. In 2007, 2008. 2009 & 2013, Vicki was on the Standard Forms Committee of the Columbus Board of Realtors and is well informed on all of the terms and explanations in purchase contracts and the ever changing paperwork necessary to sell or buy a home. She has achieved nationally recognized designations for continuing education in the residential real estate field including ABR, CRS, E-Pro, GRI and SFR.

Since 2006, Vicki has achieved top five agent standings in residential home sales per MLS broker rankings in the Marysville market.  For the years 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011 Vicki accomplished her Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club Award of Distinction by providing clients help in the sale or purchase of over $2.5 million dollars in real estate in a year.  She achieved her Five Million Dollar President's Sales Club Award for closing over 5 milliion in gross sales volume. In December 2009, Vicki achieved her Ten Million Dollar President's Sales Club Award.  In 2013, Vicki received the Presidents Sales Club 25 Million Dollar Club Award with Columbus Realtors. Since joining starting in real estate in October of 2003, Vicki has closed more than 350 transactions for her clients and worked with them to buy and sell over $28 million dollars worth of real estate!!  Vicki also received the "Online Marketing Award of Excellence" from Realtor.com in 2008.  She is amoung the top 20% of agents in the central Ohio market Columbus area MLS ranking reports and amoung the top three selling agents in the Marysville market.  Over all of the formal awards, Vicki takes the most pride in the glowing testimonials and recommendations she has received from her clients.  Quality service is the backbone of her business. Some History: In August 2005,  the www.movetomarysville.com campaign began to enhance marketing for all of our clients with roadside billboards and a variety of advertising media in the Marysville area.  Voted in 2006 by Ohio Magazine as Central Ohio's Best Hometown, Marysville boasts fantastic schools and a is charming small town of about 16000 households but just 20 minutes from metro Columbus/Dublin.  By May 2006, the www.movetomillvalley.com neighborhood specialist site began with special features of the community and for homes I list in the five Mill Valley communities. For home owners who have had their home on the market previously and did not sell it, they see www.listitagain.com to address their questions and needs.  In October 2008, the "Real Estate Expert" campaign began with WSYX/FOX28 of Columbus featuring Vicki as Realtor specialist in the Marysville area. Ever changing, now targeting the web and a variety of social media where home buyers and sellers are every day. The goal for all of the marketing used is focused on the homes we list to maximize exposure to potential home buyers, as well as helping those who are wanting to sell in the area.

It has all been very well received and Vicki has been priviledged to serve many by successfully helping with their purchase or home sale, and honored to own the Marysville office. A resident of Marysville since 1999, raising her daughter who was 2013 Marysville High School graduate and now attending Columbus State Community College. Vicki is a native of Central Ohio, born and raised in Columbus, and has also resided in Lewis Center, Worthington and north Columbus.
