So who is Andy? Andy Siers has been in the real estate business for over 20 years selling in the Columbus, Hilliard and Dublin areas for companies including King Thompson and ReMax. A multi-million dollar producer. He’s married with children and is active with his church. In caring for his clients, he knew there had to be a way to offer even better service. In 2002, he became a broker, and now has 8 agents, including Vicki, serving the Central Ohio area. A little about Vicki Owens.  "I truly love what I do both helping buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals. It is a pleasure to be working in my own back yard in the Union County & Marysville areas for Andy. Doing business in Franklin, Delaware and Madison counties as well. In addition to our office on Avery Road in Dublin, I host our branch office in uptown Marysville located at 127 W 5th Street at the corner of Fifth and Court Streets in the McCarthy & Cox building right next door to our courthouse.  All to make it easier for you to visit.  To better serve my clients, I've achieved my Residential Specialist Designation (RSD), am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) all recognized by the National Association of Realtors. In addition, in November 2007, I achieved my CRS designation. Member of the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Independent Brokers Association, the Real Estate Cyberspace Society, the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council, and the Council of Residential Specialists.  Vicki was a 2 year member of the builder/realtor alliance committee of the Columbus Board of Realtors and an expert at helping clients who want to build new. In 2007 and 2008, Vicki is on the Standard Forms Committee of the Columbus Board of Realtors and is well informed on all of the terms and explanations in purchase contracts and the paperwork necessary to sell or buy a home.  The activity in professional committees at the Columbus Board keeps Vicki on top of all current changes and allows sharing her knowledge, experience and ideas to help her peers in the business.

Since 2006, the Marysville location has been the #1 Independent Real Estate brokerage in Marysville per MLS broker rankings.  For the years 2005, 2006 & 2007 Vicki accomplished her Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club Award of Distinction by providing clients help in the sale or purchase of over $2.5 million dollars in real estate.  She achieved her Million Dollar President Sales Club Award from the Columbus Board of Realtors closing 3.1 Million in gross sales in 2005, and in 2006, her Five Million Dollar President Sales Club Award for closing over 5 milliion in gross sales volume.  Since joining Andy in April of 2004, Vicki has closed more than 140 transactions for her clients and worked with them to buy and sell over $10 million dollars worth of real estate!! To make selling as convenient as possible FOR YOU, in March 2007 Vicki added her Client Service Specialist, Sherrill Harmon!  Sherrill's role is to add the service you deserve by consistantly staying in touch with you over the course of your listing process.  She is certified through the National Association of Realtors as a Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) and has over 20 years of customer service experience.  In addition, Sherrill achieved her Accredited Staging Specialist designation (ASP) through www.staging.com by attending classes in June 2007.  You can count on us for the shining service that you've come to expect by providing timely feedback and information.  You asked, Vicki delivered!!  You can come to our office, or we can come to you whether you are buying or selling.

Vicki is a native of Central Ohio, born and raised in Columbus, and has resided in Lewis Center, Worthington and north Columbus.
